Joel Gray, as Projects & Services Manager at Somfy, brings a wealth of experience in automated shading systems, including extensive work with KNX. He has been instrumental in numerous high-profile commercial projects across Australia, integrating Somfy’s KNX-enabled solutions to optimize building performance, energy consumption, and occupant comfort. His focus on innovative, sustainable building solutions and his deep understanding of the KNX protocol will be invaluable in leading KNX Australia forward.
Simon Harvey, National Technical & Training Manager at Ivory Egg Australia, is a qualified electrical contractor, certified KNX tutor, and an official ETS Ambassador of Australia. Simon is a passionate advocate for innovation and support within the KNX community. His deep technical knowledge and commitment to education will be invaluable in strengthening KNX Australia’s training initiatives and technical expertise.
We extend our sincere gratitude to outgoing President, Craig Chapman from Ivory Egg Australia, for his dedication and contributions to the KNX Australia National Group. Craig has been appointed CEO of the global Ivory Egg Group and is appreciative that Simon Harvey can take on the role as Vice President. We wish him all the best.
