Important details regarding logistics, capacity, cancellations. If you still have questions, contact us!
Is there a cost to attend the roadshow?
No. The KNX National Roadshow is fully subsidized by the KNX National Group and KNX Association. It is 100% free to attend.
Which session is right for me? Can I attend both?
The Integrator Session (Morning) is for those involved in the physical installation, programming, wiring, or commissioning of smart building technologies.
The Consultant & Specifier Session (Afternoon) is for professionals involved in designing, planning, procuring, drafting specifications, or managing overall building projects and sustainability targets.
You are welcome to attend whichever session fits your day-to-day work. If your role bridges both the design and implementation phases, you may register for both.
I don't have experience with KNX. Should I still attend?
Absolutely. Whether you are a seasoned KNX professional or completely new to the standard, this roadshow is designed to show you how to future-proof your projects. You will gain foundational insights, resources and understanding how KNX can benefit your business and make the direct industry connections needed to accelerate your expertise.
Will catering be provided?
Yes. Complimentary drinks and refreshments will be provided during the event for all registered attendees.
Can I bring a colleague or partner?
Yes, but they must register separately. We cannot admit unregistered guests at the door due to catering and fire safety limits. Please forward this page to them immediately so they can secure a spot before registration closes.
Why is a mobile phone number required for registration?
Due to strict venue capacity limits (100 seats per city) and high demand, we use email / SMS verification to minimize "no-shows." You will receive a text message 7 days before the event to confirm your attendance. Unconfirmed seats may be re-allocated to the waitlist.
What if I register but can no longer attend?
Please cancel immediately via the link in your confirmation email. Cancelling or providing notice on time (7 days prior to the event at least) allows us to release your seat to the next professional waiting in line.
Will the sessions be recorded or streamed online?
No. This is an exclusive in-person roadshow focused on high-level networking, live Q&A, and direct industry connections. Sessions will not be broadcast.
