ANZ Tower is a premium grade office building located in the centre of the Sydney CBD and is the largest KNX project in the Southern Hemisphere. It is headquarters for the ANZ Bank (one of Australia’s main 4 banks), global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills and the Boston Consulting Group. Completed in 2013, ANZ Tower has the highest 6-Star Green Star – Office Design v2 as awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia and comprises a Net Lettable Area of 59,000m2 over 44 levels. Tenancies are configured both in open plan and individual office areas.
